The VCAR series of cylindrical actuators hold nearly 80% of the market share. They are capable of generating high thrust and high acceleration. Peak thrust ranges from 0.7 N to 3,000 N. Typically, their stroke length is less than 50 mm. Applications for the VCAR series include valve actuators, Z-axis pick-and-place systems, small high-precision positive displacement metering pumps, as well as vibrators and active vibration control systems.
Voice coil motors are widely used in high-performance valve control systems due to their ultra-fast response, high precision, direct drive, and excellent linear force control. They can directly drive the valve core without gears or transmission parts, effectively eliminating backlash, friction, and delay. With millisecond-level response time, they realize real-time and accurate adjustment of flow, pressure, and switching speed. They are ideal for high-frequency switching valves, proportional control valves, servo valves, medical respiratory valves, semiconductor gas valves, and precision fluid control systems. Compared with traditional solenoid or motor-driven valves, voice coil actuators feature smaller size, smoother operation, lower noise, and longer service life. Their stable force output and high linearity make them key components in intelligent fluid control, helping to improve system accuracy, response speed, and stability for industrial automation, medical equipment, new energy, and semiconductor manufacturing.
