The SUPT MOTION Flexible Vibration Voice Coil Motor (VCAZ Series) is the core power unit specifically designed for flexible vibrating feeders.
Manufactured in large quantities using high-strength, high-stability materials, the springs and motors undergo 100% measurement and testing to ensure product stability and consistency.
Through high-frequency linear motion in both vertical directions, the voice coil motor drives workpieces to move in multiple directions within the feeder tray, enabling smooth material conveyance and orientation.
Compared to traditional electromagnetic vibratory feeders, the voice coil motor drive solution offers the following advantages: programmable adjustment of frequency and amplitude, allowing adaptation to different materials without replacing mechanical components; millisecond-level start-stop response, enabling precise control of individual parts; and smooth motion without mechanical impact, making it gentler on fragile materials.
