The SUPT MOTION VCAR0087-0563-00A is an ultra-long-stroke cylindrical voice coil motor with a peak thrust of 87 N and a total stroke of 56.3 mm. This voice coil motor is specifically designed for large-scan optical systems, long-stroke precision positioning, and metrology equipment requiring long-distance linear motion without mechanical transmission.
This voice coil motor delivers a continuous thrust of 17.5 N at 25°C, meeting the demands of sustained scanning. With a back-EMF constant of 8.1 V/m/s, it provides moderate speed feedback. The moving coil weighs 177 g, and the motor operates at a maximum voltage of 63.4 V. With overall dimensions of a 72 mm stator diameter and 110 mm length, it is suitable for integration into large optical stages or scanning platforms.
Long-distance, smooth, and precise linear motion is critical in optical delay lines for Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometers or terahertz imaging. This voice coil motor features a direct-drive, gearless design, ensuring that no scanning artifacts are introduced due to mechanical backlash or friction. The 56.3 mm stroke enables significant changes in optical path length.
