The VCAB series of linear voice coil motors features a built-in motion shaft design and integrates precision linear bearings to provide smooth, low-friction guidance and exceptional accuracy. The motion shaft is constructed from lightweight, high-stiffness, wear-resistant materials, ensuring stable positioning accuracy over millions of cycles. Its lightweight design enables rapid acceleration and short stabilization times, making it ideal for high-speed inspection and testing applications.
In AOI and semiconductor inspection systems, precise Z-axis positioning is critical for maintaining focus during high-speed image capture. This linear voice coil motor employs a direct-drive design with zero cogging effects, ensuring smooth, artifact-free motion; simultaneously, its high thrust-to-mass ratio enables rapid focus adjustments without overshoot.
